The AW149 Center Body Tailpipe (CBT) provides greater than 90% Band IV IR signature reduction at all azimuth and elevation view angles around the aircraft. Davis and Leonardo collaborated on the integration and certification of the device on the aircraft, with Davis responsible for the IRS tailpipe, and Leonardo the custom fairing.
